Once this form is complete, please send as an attachment via Email to
[email protected]. We do a 24Hour burn-in and testing to each kit upon configuration
in order to guarantee that the hardware is leaving our office with a reliable link and no
hardware defects.


1. This should be different than that of your local access point and will not be seen by Wi-Fi devices attempting to connect to your network.
2. Passwords must be 6-8 digits, alphanumeric and can be upper/lowercase with no spaces.
3. Under unique circumstances, you may choose to exclude burn-in and testing in order to expedite the order.
